• Its main work was to reach the information of the employees working in the state governments and all the public sector undertakings subordinate to the state government through the online app or web portal and store it in a very large database which till now. has been completed.
• A nodal officer is also kept for its monitoring, who keeps a close watch on all these activities.

iHRMS Punjab is developed by NIC National Informatics Center and its main objective is to

2. To give online information to all government employees about their salary, salary deduction, holidays, and more services.
HRMS Punjab- How to do eHRMS Punjab login
In simple language, it is very easy to log in to the web portal of HRMS Punjab (eHRMS Punjab), and that’s because you don’t have to be a technical expert if you want to access it.
1. For this, first of all, go to the official website of HRMS Punjab https://hrms.punjab.gov.in/.
2. As soon as the page is open, you will get the option of login on the top right side.
3. After this you have to click on Login, as soon as you click, a new one will open in which you have to log in by entering your username and password.
4. After this you will be able to take advantage of your related services.
5. Similarly sir you will be able to avail of the same services from the mobile app also.
6. With this, if you have forgotten your password, then you will be able to reset your password by clicking on Forgot Password below.
HRMS Punjab- Easy to get employee code for iHRMS
• For this, first you have to go to its official website https://hrms.punjab.gov.in/.
• In the same way you will see the button of getting Employee Code on the top right side.
• Click on that button and immediately after that, you have to select Punjab in the state option.
• After this you have to give your Aadhar card information.
• Now an OPT will come on the number linked with your Aadhar card, which you have to enter in the given box.
• Now your employee code will come on your registration number.
HRMS Punjab- Steps to get iHRMS Payslip and Salary slip
iHRMS Punjab Portal is a platform introduced by the Punjab government where employees can easily view and print payslips.
Follow the steps given below to view the payslip.
• Go to the IHRMS Punjab portal www.hrms.punjab.gov.in
• On the homepage log in using the User ID, Password, Captcha text.
• Now you will be entered into the Dashboard. Under PayRoll Services click on the Monthly Payslip.
• Choose the Month/Year for which you want to know the Payslip report.
• Click on the View Report button and Now you can see Payslip.
HRMS Punjab- What are the benefits of IHRMS?
Many advantages of HRMS can be counted-
• HRMS was developed to retain the comprehensive information of government employees which is being done by iHRMS properly.
• Due to HRMS, in any state where this facility is available, government employees will not have to visit the HR office again and again to know their pay scale, deductions, their holidays, deductions in holidays.
• Government employees will not have to stand in the crowd in front of government offices to get their promotion, their salary, their information, income tax return information, their annual confidential progress sheet through iHRMS only.
